This has been an on going issue with our car. Edgar at Midas made the whole process a lot less stressful and gave us the care and concern as if we were family. This is the best place to go anywhere hands down!

I have always had excellent service at your Hanover Park location mainly because of the manager Edgar. He is honest and friendly and I really appreciate that. I've been to some other Midas locations and by far this is the best store in the Chicago suburbs.

I was treated with courtesy and respect. Some repair shops feel the need to dumb down to explain my requested service. My repair was finished in one day. They called me as soon as it was completed.

I had my catalytic converter stolen. Edger worked with me and my State Farm agent very well. I’m 76 and Edger could tell I was confused and upset, so he came and got my car and then brought it back (I only live 4 blocks away. The young man who picked me up was also very nice and we talked about how so many cars are getting their Cats ripped out. I was only in the office long enough to pay, but the place seamed clean. I definitely will go there for my oil change and any other work that they can do on a 2008 Honda Fit. 😊
