We had our battery die twice on Friday night. We dropped the truck off at 9:00 p.m. on Friday night, put the keys in the key drop and left a message. By 8:00 a.m. Saturday, Mike had already given us a call to tell us that we needed a new battery. He worked on the car right away and the car was done before 11:00 in the morning. Now that's awesome service!

Once again Midas has come to our rescue! With such an unnerving transmission issue I was really worried about it being fixed but Edgar and his team helped us again! They are the best!!

Working with the Asst. Mgr, Mike Marik, was great. He told me exactly what was wrong, took me to the service bay to show what needed to be done, and gave a price. I made an appointment, and he ordered the needed parts. On the service date, they were ready at the exact time, did the work in less than quoted wait time, and job was done as they quoted. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the shop looked clean and organized. Very happy with the whole process.
