I could not have asked for an easier process to have my exhaust replaced. I called and Matthew got me in the next morning. Within what seemed like seconds, he and "JF" (the technician) were showing me everything that was going on, and offered me two different options for repairs. Matthew answered all my questions, and even took the time to write up two separate estimates while I debated which option to go with. He then offered me a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to wait for the repairs. My vehicle was done much sooner than thought, and pickup was just as easy and quick as could be. And when I went out to my car, they even added a missing bolt/screw to my bumper!!! What a super unexpected and very kind and MUCH APPRECIATED gesture. Thank you so much Matt and "JF"!! I'm so glad I came to you guys!
