Big O Tires

It was time to replace tires on my vehicle and after checking various places Big O got my business. I have made purchases from Big O in the past and they always do a good job and the cost of the tires were reasonable.

Jeff was very patient and understanding about my needs and us trying to figure out everything needed to be accomplished. They were very fast with the entire appt only taking about 2 hours. He commuted with us before all the service was performed to let us know that everything was good to continue. He is the reason that Big O has become our go to place for tires and service on my vehicle.

Ms. Carr customer service was very excellent. And mechanicthat put my wiper blades on was polite.

I was able to get service on a holiday weekend and Mr. Golden was very friendly and took time to tell me about the tires I was buying. The only reason I most likely wouldn't return there is due to the fact that I live out of town. I wanted to get home quickly and I was in and out in good time and able to get home. Excellent service!!!

They were able to get my car in right away. They got the nail out of my tire and repaired the leak very quickly. I was very pleased with the outcome and the service.

Salesperson greeted ne immediately. He was curteous, professional and knowledgeable of products. Helpful in assisting me with what I needed. Everything was done in a timely manner. I enjoyed my experience.

Customer service was amazing, very friendly staff that had no issue with questions being asked . I was in and out with 4 tires and an oil change in about an hour and a half, all with no scheduled appointment !

I walked in with an tire pressure issue, my issue was not only corrected in record time, it was also explained to me in detail why it happened, how it may have happened, and what to do to avoid or attempt to avoid it in the future!
