We've been customers for many years. The reason we keep coming back is because of the courtesies extended to us and their expertise. They always work you in. (I appreciate that because we live out of town.)

Andy was Great and helped me get the best price possible by working with Michelin on getting a credit on my old tires, as they did not get enough miles on them. He ordered new ones and got me in when needed. Andy is the best! Thanks!

I only have Big O to do all and any maintenance on all my vehicles. They are very knowledgeable, do not take advantage of female customers, and the entire process is very simple and convenient. Big O will always have my business for all my vehicle needs.

With our work schedules it is very hard for me to be able to schedule appointments for routine oil changes and tire rotation and wait while service is performed. I love that BigO will let me drop off my vehicle and pick it up the next day at my convenience!

First time using Big O Tires for oil change. I think I found a new place. Have used Jiffy Lube in past but nickel and dime you! It is great they offer Ladies Discount on Thursdays. Given the situation, I'm glad they had what I needed. Honestly it was the smoothest part of my automotive ordeal. The car drives better than before I came in, which is kinda the point.
