Great service. Performed all necessary work at the agreed upon and previously stated price. Didn't try to upsell me, and actually checked the quote to make sure I wasn't buying anything I didn't need. I would and will bring my vehicle here again.

I was in a big hurry to get to LU Spring football scrimmage & my tire pressure warning light came on. I went straight to Big O’s & the technician was so helpful. He gave me options for what I could do and was very reassuring. He fixed the tire very quickly and I was on my way. The counter staff were also helpful & knowledgeable.

I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and a check of my tires. All was done in good time and the tech provided a good explanation of the one area to be watched. I was pleased with the service.

Friendliest most efficient tire place I've been to. Clean and orderly to boot. Some tire shops act like your questions are an unnecessary or irrelevant distraction, this place just the opposite. Great combination.
