I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me. I called before I came in and he greeted me on the phone in a very excited way, like I was the only person who mattered to him. When I arrived the same gentleman greeted me at the store and said he remembered talking to me on the phone. He was very personable. When I was waiting for my car he came and sat down next to me to explain what my car needed. He was very polite, knowledgeable and sincere. I felt like I was the most important customer in the store. At other places I have shopped for tires the language is not at all professional. I have never experienced unprofessional service at Big O Tires. Even though I had to pay for the service to my car I left feeling important. Thank you!

He was very friendly, patient and helpful with the entire process from my first phone call, to helping me pick out tires, scheduling my appointment, and ringing out my purchase at the very end.
