The tires I bought were considered "special order" tires meaning they are not kept at the store as normal inventory and had to be ordered from the warehouse. They had pre-ordered them so the were able to take me in as soon as I showed up and get the new tires mounted an balanced. Everyone there were professional and outgoing.

No complaints. It was a busy Saturday for them.
