Excellent customer service! Friendly staff and efficient!

While some local garages did not have the tires I needed, Big O Tires had them, and it took less than an hour for them to complete the work.

Replaced cracked tire via warranty.

I purchased 4 tires today via phone. I spoke with Kyle who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained all of the promotion offers and provided the information I needed for them. I try to minimize contact during this virus time for my safety and the safety of others. Kyle made the entire transaction by phone. I dropped the car off with the key in it and picked it up a couple hours later avoiding any contact. Sorry we couldn't talk face to face, but hopefully soon we can. Thanks for the service.

Making my appointment was super easy and dropping off/picking up was a breeze. Also, staff was super friendly. Only negative is the parking lot but that can’t really be avoided.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They have a bright and pleasant waiting room with a television and even have toys for kids that are waiting. A very pleasant experience! The prices are good too!

They are always fast and explain any issues my vehicle has very well. Follows up after visits. And prices are usually pretty fair. They are definitely my go too!!
