Big O Tires

Keep up the good work!

Everytime, I come to Big O, Jeff or Brian greet me. I service five vehicles and they start my ticket as I come into the door. They often give me a frequent customer discount on the bigger items. And on a previous occasion, took care of a big problem at a very significant discount to help me during a financial crunch--and so I keep coming back. If needed, I can also talk directly with the technician doing the work.

Best experience I’ve had in a while for an oil change. When I called they picked up promptly and were friendly. I was offered water/coffee while I waited by Brian as well. The staff was very friendly and seemed to have a great rapport with one another and seemed to enjoy working with each other and their job. They had some awesome animal documentary playing and I got to learn about damselflies which was also pretty cool! Please let them know I apologize for the bits of deer that were under my car!

Brian is always helpful and friendly. He called to verify a service that was recommended and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase.

I love the store on the loop. Always very nice. Got me in and out of there quickly despite the electricity being off. I actually learned that you have to have a key to take the tire off. Only down point is someone left dirty grease(?) stain on the passenger seat of my new car.

I love Big O Tires, and will continue to bring them service. However, I have an older vehicle and would like to bring to a dealership for repairs at least on one occasion

Excellent price, great knowledge of product, timely process.

I went in an told the gentleman the problem with my recurring problem with my tire. He said they'd look at it. They came back and told me there was corrosion around the rim causing a very slow leak. Problem fixed, right? Nope! They then told me I had problems with a tie rod end and should get the front end aligned. It was in pretty bad shape. I'm so glad they saw the problem and let me know about it. I feel safer knowing the guys at BigO are looking out for me!
