Big O Tires

Great guys, very professional. Talked to them on the phone before coming in. It looked as though they were very busy, but they gave me a time frame of when my car would be seen and when it would be done, and they got it done in that time frame. I'm very impressed.

This location made it really easy to schedule opposed to other tire shops.

They have improved their performance.

These guys always do a great job. They treat me with respect and always make me feel welcome bringing my car to them to be serviced.

This is the only shop that I will take my truck. Just in the past year they have put on a lift kit, new gears, a new motor, and most of my front end on my truck with the piece of mind of their awesome warranty. Craig and Greg up front then Derek and his crew offer customer service that is second to none. I get asked all the time who built my truck I tell them big o on the business loop. They will definitely be doing my future custom projects.

The picked up my vehicle from me and brought it back. Which helped a lot since I was at work and needed the work done asap. As always the guys took good care of everything!!

Every staff member I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable, engaged, and friendly. After scheduling an appointment online, I was contacted to be informed the tires I wanted were out of stock, but the prompt phone call with adequate alternatives left me highly impressed. These days more and more large companies are trying less and less to leave a lasting positive impression on its customers. My experience with Big O Tires has taken a big step in restoring my faith in the automotive industry as a whole. I will be needing tires for my truck next year and will absolutely come back to this business.

When I need something tire related I just walk in and have a seat, I know they have a full client list for their services, this last visit I was so relaxed there I had a nap while I waited. No one was upset about it.

I only go to the Business Loop location. I've tried the south location, but never get the great service like I do at the other one. They were busy, but took the time to acknowledge me and let me know they would be right with me. I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, but informed me of the things I needed to fix/replace in the near future. Great group of young men.

The tires I wanted weren't available and Jeff helped me find a comparable tire with the same promotion which I was very happy with.
