I deal with Jeff most of the time and he is wonderful. The manager at this store is not friendly at all. The guys at the front counter always do a great job. That is why I go there.

Tires were rotated in less than 10 minutes. Outstanding!

The technicians did a great job and though it looked to be an extremely busy day, Jeffrey was very helpful and took the extra time to answer all my questions. He was very professional and helpful. I always have a great experience at Big O! No matter the location, the customer service is always spot on. This time I went to the location on the business loop to have my brakes fixed. I dropped my car off before work and received a phone call within a timely manner of what they were going to do. It was all ready when I came to pick it up after work. The staff was friendly and explained to me again everything they did. I will definitely continue to use Big O in the future!

Called a little over 2 hours before closing about a piece of metal in a tire. They said they could take a look at it if I could make it there soon. Got there about 5 minutes later and got checked in and left within 1.5 hours with a new tire because the damaged tire couldn’t be plugged. Super happy with entire process. Kudos to the dudes who made it happen.

This store and it's employees are great and very patient. I can't say enough about how they worked very hard to meet my needs. I was extremely upset as what the Corporate website shows I can get, doesn't turn out to be what the store can get. I'm not sure why Big O would have it set up this way but it feels very deceptive to this customer. While I was extremely happy with my local Big O on Business Loop in Columbia, MO., I have very disappointed with the way the Corporate store has things set up. Make the changes necessary or you will find yourself losing customers.

The representatives were smiling and inviting from the time the door was open. They were eager to help me and get my car fixed. The atmosphere and cleanliness was top notch. The mechanics were professional in language and quick work. Overall everything was superb.

The customer service here is far above the rest. These guys care about the car and those that ride within. Always respectful and knowledgeable.

Great job with my warranty tire repair!

I was stranded 2 hours from home with a wheel bearing that went out on my stock trailer. Not a single competitor of Big O offered to get my trailer in their shop or even help. Derrick and Craig at Big O know exactly what customer service is and I will send as much business as possible their way! Thank you!

Professional and friendly

I needed a tire pressure sensor and was told there would be a 1-hour wait. One hour later, I drove away with a new sensor installed and working.

Went in for an appointment I scheduled online for new tires. Went in, told the employee what I was bring it in for and back out the door in less than a 2 minutes after verifying what I needed done and my making sure I had the put in the correct information. It was quick and simple.
