It was very easy to schedule an appointment on the website. When I arrived, I got right in and they fixed my tire in less than thirty minutes!

easy peasy.... dropped my skid steer tire off at 7:30a and got a text at 8:30a that it was complete.

I purchased 4 tires today via phone. I spoke with Kyle who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained all of the promotion offers and provided the information I needed for them. I try to minimize contact during this virus time for my safety and the safety of others. Kyle made the entire transaction by phone. I dropped the car off with the key in it and picked it up a couple hours later avoiding any contact. Sorry we couldn't talk face to face, but hopefully soon we can. Thanks for the service.

While some local garages did not have the tires I needed, Big O Tires had them, and it took less than an hour for them to complete the work.

Making my appointment was super easy and dropping off/picking up was a breeze. Also, staff was super friendly. Only negative is the parking lot but that can’t really be avoided.
