I was very happy with my experience at this shop. It is my new go to shop for my car. The customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable. I was greeted by Cinda the first time I went and she promptly help me get started with kindness and courtesy. Nolan is also in the front and a very respectful young gentlemen that you don't see as often today. I can't say enough about Rico who walked me through the whole process of getting my car fixed. I appreciate the time he took to explain to me what was wrong and what was needed to be done. Great team here at the Corona Midas shop! Good Job Guys!!

I have been going to Midas in Corona for about 7 years and all of your associates have been honest and reliable. Their sincerity is what keeps me going there. Francisco Contreras was very helpful, clear, and professional. Front end alignment was done in a prompt time, appears to have corrected problem. Will definitely recommend MIDAS to friends and family. Had looked at other alignment businesses and they were all a bit "sketchy", in my opinion. Would recommend MIDAS contact American Tire in Corona. They do not do alignments even though they sell only tires !! They recommend BEAR in Corona for alignment. Went there.....very sketchy place. They should recommend MIDAS. Probably don't because MIDAS does sell tires also.... but....American should consider anyway since Bear is "sketchy"..... Their customers may get a bad taste for that recommendation....could affect their (Americans) future sales..

Appointment was on time. Serviceman suggested a replacement for a part. He did not try to sell me the most expensive item. I received a synthetic oil change and all new wipers in less than an hour. Dashboard was reset. Everything is great!

Associate showed me that my car needed front brakes and explained how it can be completed within an hour.

All issues were repaired in a timely manner and even a couple I did not tell them about were fixed and not on the bill. Couldn't be happier.

I purchased a battery in Sam’s Club they don’t offer installation for gmc sierra 2019. I stop at Midas location Rico Rodriguez approached me he was very helpful to get my service needed It was quick and very easy process I would recommend this place to friends and family
