Great customer service and expertise

I realized I had a slow leak in my tire on Saturday. I scheduled an appointment online that night for Sunday and was able to drop it off the next day and get a courtesy car. The work was completed on Monday afternoon and I was able to come in to pick it up at a time that was convenient for me. No one likes to have to replace a tire, but Midas of Short Pump made the experience as easy as it could. Thank you!

I didn’t have an appointment because the auto window broke unexpectedly. Not only was she able to take me right away, but she offered me a loaner car so I could still get all my errands done for the day. Both of these were perfect right before the holiday.
