Ease of scheduling, I always schedule for as early to the opening time as I can because I wait for the car to be ready. I have used one of your 'loner' cars in the past but I prefer to drive my own if it's not an emergency.

Just got new tires from Midas and a total flat left rear. Drove in unannounced and they greeted me by name and made room for the repair.

They’re the best. Everything and everyone there is top notch. Have never had a problem. They just called not 30 minutes after I left a front tractor tire to be replaced. It’s ready already! Can’t beat that.
