Big O Tires

Eric H (not sure of his last name) is one of the best in the business. Very polite, knowledgeable, and explains what he recommends for the vehicle in a way that us common folk can understand.

Tyler understood my issues and helped out in a big way. Service like this IS the only reason I give loyalty to businesses. You have earned my loyalty through Tyler's actions solely.

The man I worked with, Eric, was very helpful and friendly and not pressuring at all. Because of that, we came back the next week and got tires for my wife's car as well. Would definitely come back again.

Close to home, good service and price

Eric & Doug were great, they are a few of the reasons that I continue to return to this location, but one of the key reasons, possible the one of the only reasons I keep on coming back is because of your lead mechanic Fred, if he should ever leave this location, I would definitely take look at possibly find service elsewhere, but Eric would be a reason I would stay, in the short time he has been there, he has made an effort to get to know me and my needs, so can you please try to keep some stability on the turnover of your management team.

Check-in was quick and friendly and by all accounts did a great job on the oil change

I had a flat tire. It was a Big O tire and they fixed for free. I also had them change the oil and rotate the tires. They discovered my license plat light was out and I had them replace it. Much better than finding by law enforcement!

Excellent service. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome. I got new tires for our car so when they took the old tire off, Eric, the manager, brought out my old tire and a new tire, so that I could how bad my treads were on my old tire. The wait was minimal and the service was great.

Didn't try and up sell, but the professionalism made me want to. Ended up buying allienment warranty

The team was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. My car was clean and I even got a ride home while I waited for them to finish the work!
