The staff was excellent. I actually no-showed my appointment, realized too late and booked another appointment but called to confirm. Brian was so nice said come on in we'll take care of you. When I got hwre Meghan was awesome as well, whole experience was great.

I had a flat tire not fixable. So I called various shops looking for tire prices & information on tires. I did my own research also prior to contact so I would know somewhat I was wanting. Friday May 14th I called talked to Lonnie for like 30 minutes. He was great over the phone answer all my questions even after the shop was closing for the night. Saturday May 15th he show me the tire he was suggesting & explained the tread patterns ect... Very good tire that cost less than others no upsell. I had my list of brands & I wanted to check out them too He went though the whole list with me & we agree I should buy one he didn't have in stock. Called another store that had them was going to send me there but they were special order for another customer. So he called another store they had them but were too busy to fit me in so he sent one of his coworkers to go get it. Also this was all for only one tire I was willing to buy 2 or 4 but he assured me I really only needed 1 only 21000 miles on other tires. Some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life

Very responsive to my requirements. Work was completed within two hours. They didn't have the tires in stock when I called for the appointment. They were able to find them at another shop and had them moved to meet my needs.
