I don't like doing surveys, but I'm making an exception here. This was my first ever visit to a Midas location, and it was exceptional. Russ went above and beyond in every measure. He and his staff were friendly and professional. They did the job on my truck in a very timely manor. The customer waiting area was very clean. I honestly can not complain about anything. Definitely 5 (out of 5)star service. Russ is definitely a very valuable asset to this company! I'm completely satisfied with everything and will come back when the need arises.
