We made an appointment and then we had to cancel and then we just showed up a couple days later and they were fine with that. We bought our own parts and they were cool with that. When they found another problem, they called us before they did the work. I believe his name is Kevin. He did a stellar job.

I have never used Midas before. I initially went to have a brake inspection. They found some other things wrong and took the time to explain everything and quoted me a price before the work was started. Customer service was great! They even filled my washe

Overall great experience. I wasn’t planning on the higher price service on top of my oil change, but the car is running much better. I’m really glad I opted for the service.
