I experienced a flat tire and knew I was in need of replacing all tires. I had scheduled my appointment online, but preferred to get in earlier and they graciously accommodated me. Tom kept me updated on the progress and Sam was helpful in handling payment and explaining next steps for a refund.

The email sent to me asked if I received Gold-Level Service. I cannot say I did. What I received was Platinum Level Service! I especially appreciated not having to stand in line with other overbooked customers waiting to check in. Very pleasant staff.
