I went to Midas because I hit a pothole it bust my tire I didn?t know until the gentleman helped me out he tried to put air that?s when he noticed it was messed up he then told me to see if I had he then put my spare on for me very nice men great customer

I have been using this Midas shop for many years because the managers and staff always explain in detail what is wrong and what my options are. Your current manager there Jorge and Lisa his assistant are great. I came in without an appointment on Tuesday afternoon and Lisa had someone 10 minutes, I had had trouble starting it and thought my battery might be going. Jorge came back and explained it was that and more and I needed a complete tune up as my coils were bad and plugs and gave me each price. He also explained if I couldnt afford that right now he could do less but I told him to do it all now, as I always totally fix what this shop recommends to me as I never had a problem with what they do. I needed to leave it at the shop and as it was after five I understood. I have often seen them take extra care to take time to explain things to elderly customers and they always call me if something changes with what they told me. I was also happy to see Jorge still there and nice to have a woman in the shop. It's hard to find a car repair shop that you can trust not to just make you do things you don't need to.

They accepted my car during closed hours. They came through with the work they were going to do. They let me know the car was ready and that relief some stress.

They are always efficient with explaining everything from start to finish. While, I was not happy about the price increase, the service I received keeps me coming back for all of my vehicle needs. Furthermore, every single visit seems like a personal experience which makes the process of having my first car serviced by someone who seems to care all the time.

I needed all my 4 brakes and rotors replaced and they were quick and efficient. I was kept in the loop at every step.
