The guys at Midas Fair Oaks did a 5-star job from start to finish. They explained to me thoroughly the different oil change packages since I?m not a car person and it?s my first oil change. They also valued my time and I got my car back in under an hour.

The gentleman that we called and set up the appointment with us remembered who we were from the phone call. He was extremely nice and helpful with communicating what was needed and how much we would pay. The gentleman even allowed me to use his personal bathroom at one point during the wait. The work was done in a timely manner as I had to be at work my self in a few hours. The overall experience was extremely pleasant even with shelling out nearly $500.

Guys did a good job allowed me to supply my own gasket Speedy lube would not which annoyed me very much it was a 5 dollar part that they wanted 10 for and i wanted it done right away. These guys took care of it no more oil leak . Thanks guys merry xmas to
