The Midas associate provided excellent customer service. My vehicle was diagnosed as needing a new catalytic converter, the replacement was delivered, and it was installed within two hours! My only regret is that I totally forgot to redeem my Midas coupon for $50 off of a catalytic converter!!!! On my fixed income, I could've used that $50 off!!!

The tech was clear about price. They did what they said. It appears to be working correctly. They listened to what we said our problem was. We asked 2 other shops to check the breaks. And they both ssid it was OK. When it shook violently. So we are happy with the service and speed of completion.
