Great customer service and friendly staff

I believe I dealt with Rick. He was friendly, up front and he was not pushy on upsells. I feel that all my questions and concerns were answered. I did not feel like I was treated differently because I was a lone female. Prices were better than expected. I was quite pleased. Rick went above and beyond, I appreciate the service and treatment I received.

I took my Hyundai Tiburon in to Happy Valley Midas for exhaust repair on Aug 25th. Car is from Illinois and has significant rust on underbody. Recently when I crossed over RR tracks it went from already loud to need serious hearing protection. On the 24th

Leaking radiator, my son tried to fix it. Ran into a problem late Saturday. He called Midas and without hesitation they said drop it off. I had my car back by 1:00 Monday. I never felt like it was an imposition. Customer service was beyond what I have experienced at my dealership. They were great to work with. Will definitely 💯 use them again. Highly recommend.

I have brought my Jeep here for oil changes and tire rotation for years. Staff at front desk is polite and helpful. They didn’t just change my taillight bulb, but also raise my car and did a complimentary courtesy check on my vehicle. Price was reasonable.
