"I went in there to have a rattle in my exhaust it was driving me crazy and I didnt have far to go. they checked everything on the car front front to back and could not find anything that would make a noise ,the only thing they said was it might be the heat shield so the manager pulled it farther away from the exhaust pipe and hoped that fixed the noise. also I had the check gas cap light on so I replaced the cap and the light was still on the reset the code . after spending time trying to find my rattle and resetting the gas cap code the manager would not charge me for thier services WOW when dose this happen. THEY HAD THE PATIENCE TO EXPLAIN IN DETAIL WHAT MY CAR NEEDED IN AN UNDERSTANDABLE WAY. THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED SATISFACTORILY. WE WERE TWO MEXICAN WOMEN UNFAMILIAR WITH THE TERMINOLOGY AND YET EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL.

They were very friendly and quick to respond to my questions. They explained everything that they were going to do and had the presence of mind to pre-order the part that I would need to complete the work on my vehicle. They were able to give me a discount because I am a Midas member and made sure I had a coupon for a free oil change.

Leaking radiator, my son tried to fix it. Ran into a problem late Saturday. He called Midas and without hesitation they said drop it off. I had my car back by 1:00 Monday. I never felt like it was an imposition. Customer service was beyond what I have experienced at my dealership. They were great to work with. Will definitely 💯 use them again. Highly recommend.
