Went in and asked how long it would be before I could get an oil change. I was told that the lift was empty and would start immediately. 1 1/5 hours later I left with a fresh oil change. If it was going to be 1.5 hours before that they could get it done. Tell me up front.

Associates very friendly and knowledgeable service was done in great time they had fresh coffee and I even got to watch a Christmas movie while I waited

Quoted one price but tried to charge me 25% more. Mainly because they put the wrong (synthetic) oil in my car. Tried to tell me the car requires synthetic oil. But neither they nor the dealer has used synthetic in the past. Call to dealer confirms the synthetic is not the recommended oil. Had to return to have the drain plug tightened. Also had to buy kitty litter to clean the oil spilled on my garage floor. Wife tracked oil into the house on newly-cleaned carpet. NEVER AGAIN. Zero stars.

They always take great care of my family's vehicles. My wife's brakes were squealing and they got her right in. Fixed the problem, immediately and had her ready to go that same afternoon. We are always highly satisfied with the service we receive from them.

The woman working at the counter has the personality of a turd. She is delusional and full of crap. I let everyone know not to do business with Big O. She does not honor tire warranties and tries to sell more tires instead of taking care of covered defects.

Scheduled an appointment to have 5 tires mounted and balanced. Was very happy with the cost and service that i got. Will recommend BIG O to any friends that are needing tires and/or service to their vehicle in the future.

Customer service for customers does not exist. The place does not honor tire warranties that were purchased in addition to the tires.-

I had my tires balanced and an alignment. The only problem is bent wheel (that was on the car when I bought it). Service was great and friendly. Very satisfied!

Nice young lady in the front not only took my call but worked up my ticket. The mechanic was VERY honest with me, in fixing my truck.
