Big O Tires

I stopped in unannounced when it was busy. They told me if I came back in the morning they could take care of the tire repair for a slow leak . I showed up and they took care of it as noted right away.

The store I went to has a great team they are polite and do great work I will bring my car back to Big O

I had made an appointment at Ken Towerys that day, I pull up into Big O Tires, just thinking Ken Towerys had changed there name cause I thought that's where it had always been. Well, after all Ken Towerys was 3 doors down and i just had so much going on that day... I went into Big O Tires and told them i had an appointment at 4:30(which was not in there system, because i had called Ken Towerys) he told me my name wasn't in the system, but he would get me taken care of right away. I needed two new front tires, and he recommended me the "Big O" brand tires similar to what i was really looking for and he even matched the price of the tires that i was wanting from KT! They pulled my car into the shop and not even 10-15 minutes later they were done and I was on the road! Their team is awesome at Big O Tires. The man that helped me inside told me his name was Matt, i think he was the store manager! He was so helpful, especially after my hard day and going to the wrong place! But i'm glad i came here, and i'll definitely be coming back!

I always work with Aaron at the Georgetown KY store. He is by far the most friendly and helpful associate that I have worked with at any shop in the greater Lexington area. He is the only reason that I keep coming back. Normally Big O is a tad more expensive but Aaron goes the extra mile and I will pay more for that high level of service. Give the man a raise. The guys at Big O tires helped me tremendously during our trip to Indiana from Kentucky. My car had a blowout on I-75 at NB mile 135. I had to be towed to Big O and they waited for me since it was going to be after closing. I ordered four new tires and they kept the car while my wife and I left in our other car. They really helped us out.

Donnie Baker was extremely helpful addressing and explaining issues I was having with my car. He even found out there was a Special Warranty fix for the issue through Chevy.

I needed to drop the car off, get an oil change, and have a tire checked that I was concerned about. They took care of everything we needed. They are courteous, efficient, and get it done right.

I've been doing business with Not+O since 1977. And continue since the finally moved to Georgetown,KY. Guys are very professional and polite.

Always friendly staff. I always I can feel I can trust them- and that means a great deal as a single woman. They always explain things to me in a way I can understand. I never feel pressured. Big- O is the only place I will take my car for repairs and tires! It's the only place my dad trusted as well- and when he passed away that was all I needed to know when it came to who to trust with my car and my money!

I am so very appreciative of the guys at this store. I was out of town and needed 2 new tires to make it back home. I got to the store just after they had closed but they generously took time out of their day to stay and get my truck back on the road!! I am so grateful!!! I recently replaced the power steering rack on my Acura and needed the front toe set. The Guys at Big O got me in quickly and Justin did a good job on the alignment.

Excellent service. I brought my truck in to repair a flat tire. They were quick to repair it and they even checked the tire pressure in the other tires.

I would recommend Donnie and Sam to any and everyone! They worked on my Jeep and went above and beyond. Donnie kept in touch the entire time and let me know what was happening every step of the way. His personality is PRICELESS!! I'm sure he keeps a lot of business coming back, Mr. Casonova. Haha. Sam is awesome as well, very knowledgeable and informative. These guys helped me more than ANY repair place has ever tried too. I will always come back and refer to everyone I know!
