The manager Aaron is knowledgeable and friendly and gives me any promotions or coupons they have at the time. They service my vehicle quickly and efficiently.

Had steering Fluid line leak . Jeff & mechanic David are to be commended! They did a very good job of correcting and replacing line!!

One of our tires on our trailer broke down on I-75 as we were heading down to Lexington to pick up a horse. We replaced it with the spare; from within the gas station we could hear it pop... The rubber portion of the valve stem had torn. Luckily, 3 miles up was Big-O, and we were met with swift and informative service. We replaced all our old plie-5 pieces of junk with some shiny plie-8ers. Replacement was attentively quick (by the time we rolled in, we were running late) and it was much appreciated. Staffed by a league of gentlemen. Cheers

I had a problem that took me over a month to realize something was wrong so I went down there & they were very nice to me & didn't look at me like I was crazy for what I was saying happened! They got everything figured out & fixed my problem RIGHT AWAY! Thank y'all so much! All of the work they done was great quality work! I will always bring my car to them when I need something done!

I really appreciate the attention given to me when I brought my vehicle in. Although I was told they may not be able to get to it for a few days. Donnie was able to quickly determine what was wrong with the vehicle. I did not have an appointment and my car was towed in. I left my vehicle and in a matter of a few minutes upon leaving I was contacted by phone letting me know what parts would be needed, the cost and how they would try their best to get to it that day. I really appreciated the prompt service. I trust them. My husband and I both take our vehicles there because of the friendly team.
