Even though I called 8 days prior to coming in and made an appointment, I don't think it made a difference. It still took over 2 hours for an oil change/tire rotation and carburetor treatment. I waited for the process but I don't think they take appointments, because when I went in he didn't have my name in the system. Live and learn. They did do a good job but I'll remember next time to just drop it off and not call for an appointment.

I always work with Aaron at the Georgetown KY store. He is by far the most friendly and helpful associate that I have worked with at any shop in the greater Lexington area. He is the only reason that I keep coming back. Normally Big O is a tad more expensive but Aaron goes the extra mile and I will pay more for that high level of service. Give the man a raise.
