One of our tires on our trailer broke down on I-75 as we were heading down to Lexington to pick up a horse. We replaced it with the spare; from within the gas station we could hear it pop... The rubber portion of the valve stem had torn. Luckily, 3 miles up was Big-O, and we were met with swift and informative service. We replaced all our old plie-5 pieces of junk with some shiny plie-8ers. Replacement was attentively quick (by the time we rolled in, we were running late) and it was much appreciated. Staffed by a league of gentlemen. Cheers

I had a problem that took me over a month to realize something was wrong so I went down there & they were very nice to me & didn't look at me like I was crazy for what I was saying happened!
