Big O Tires

Bought and had installed a new tire this week, have bought there in the past.

Guys were patient and understanding and took good care of us.

Eric West and his crew are always at my service.When I leave, I feel I am safely back on the road.Thumbs up for our Lebanon Big O.

I used Big O week ago, I have always used Big O here in Lebanon< Ky, Eric, the manager is always on top of my vehicle and service, so are the mechanics. I would not take my Equinox anywhere else.

Was easy to schedule an appointment. Job was completed quickly.

Eric the store owner is always trying to serve his customers with a good price and great service. I have been going for several years now and they do great work. I have several kids that are driving their own cars now and one drives down three hours just to have erics guys work on her vehicle. A very professional and trustworthy group of people. I have no need for any one else to work on my vehicles. All together in my family we have seven vehicles and all seven are riding on big o tires and are serviced by the same big o service center.

Convenience of being able to walk in and get an oil cha ge before my trip to florida. Gave me peace of mind. And Billy was very friendly to us.

Employees and management team were very competent and did an excellent job!

The staff at Big O in Lebanon are very nice and I was in and out quickly. They always do a great job!

I have had a couple of tires put on my car and after service was done and headed down the road, i noticed that the lug nuts on the serviced tire were not tightened. This has happened a couple times on two different vehicles i own.Could have cost lives if wasn't noticed!!!
