I really love this Big O, As far as I can see the only improvement they need is better house keeping. If people have to wait a while and sometimes they do, where they have to wait should be much cleaner.

Had truck serviced and battery checked last Thursday. Battery checked ok, did not use til tues and battery had to be charged. BJ did a great job of customer service and sold a battery in the process.

They do quality work. Always friendly. Was quick in & out while getting an oil change & tires rotated.

I needed an alignment, they said I didn't need an alignment I asked for a print out they said we could not print nothing out. Would not recommend this place something sounds fishy!

45 minutes ago-Editi took my suv in for a simple alignment, dropped my truck off at 730am they called me two times threw out the day with stupid pointless issues . then finally called me at 4 and said they couldn't do it because my lift kit bolts worse loose but expected me to drive it home ( but it was too unsafe to align ) the best part is are the bolts that where loose where the same bolts that I just explained to them earlier in the day how to take loose to adj my camber because this alignment shop DIDNT KNOW HOW TO ADJ MY CAMBER!! ) they tried to lie too me about things thinking I didn't know what I was talking about and the management also cussed me out yelled at me and hung up on me. at the end of the day my vehicle wasn't even given back to me is the same shape I brought it to them in! This is the worst shop I have ever been too in my entire life I will make sure to tell as many people about this as I can in hopes no one else goes back there to get screwed over like I did

The employees was very professional and knowledgeable.

They fit me in to quickly assess my tires and gave me plenty of information to set my mind at ease after another car repair place insisted my tires were bad. They also checked the warranty on the tires that I had bought there.

I called Richard the week before and he was great as I told him that I would be in on Wednesday to drop off my daughter's car. He asked me to call him on Tuesday to make sure the tires I needed were still in stock. Dropped the car off at 8 a.m. and went to breakfast, while pulling out of the restaurant, we received an automated text stating our car was ready. This by far was our best tire buying experience!
