I was able to get the tires I needed and it was communicated clearly when the work would be completed and how I would be contacted to pick my vehicle up. After receiving confirmation that my vehicle was ready it was extremely easy to pay and go on about my day.

Today’s service was excellent. In the past, my last two visits were not pleasant. I was glad to see Billy Taft in the store. I have been a big old customer for many years. I’ve dealt with Billy many times, and had no problems. Billy was not present on the last two visits that were not satisfactory. When I left today, I never doubted or question any service that was performed on my vehicle. I have in the past.
