They fit me in to quickly assess my tires and gave me plenty of information to set my mind at ease after another car repair place insisted my tires were bad. They also checked the warranty on the tires that I had bought there.

very disappointed that you do not accept Big O coupons, do not do multipoint inspections and even though you have a sign in your window that lists manufacturer suggested maintenance , you do not do these.

I called Richard the week before and he was great as I told him that I would be in on Wednesday to drop off my daughter's car. He asked me to call him on Tuesday to make sure the tires I needed were still in stock. Dropped the car off at 8 a.m. and went to breakfast, while pulling out of the restaurant, we received an automated text stating our car was ready. This by far was our best tire buying experience! Thanks Richard and the technician Charles.
