Big O Tires

I go to the Bardstown Big O all the time, mainly due to the customer service given by Richard, but including all the team. Over the last several years he has been a mainstay of that business and why I will continue to take my business there, whether it be a new set of tires or a repair on a multitude of needs. Our vehicles are various, (truck, car, lawn mower, 4 wheeler, etc.) and Richard has always been most helpful and keeping safety in mind if it can't or shouldn't be repaired and should be replaced instead. They recommend without being intrusive and pushy to sell something whether you need it or not. Richard is why my vehicles will continue to be serviced by Big O Bardstown.

Today’s service was excellent. In the past, my last two visits were not pleasant. I was glad to see Billy Taft in the store. I have been a big old customer for many years. I’ve dealt with Billy many times, and had no problems. Billy was not present on the last two visits that were not satisfactory. When I left today, I never doubted or question any service that was performed on my vehicle. I have in the past.

I'm so happy I found Big O Tires after moving to this new town. The quality of service for the price is amazing. I always feel welcome as soon as I walk in the door. Billy Joe is always on top on things and keeps me up to date on the status of my vehicle. The mechanics are always working hard I know this because you can watch them through a window. They are very professional and efficient at what they are working on. Tony performed an alignment on my truck and was very good at explaining to me how this was done. This is a very busy store but I'm always in and out quick even though I don't mind waiting for the quality of work. The employees seem genuinely caring about the customers. They don't try to push any unnecessary work, however, if they see a problem they notify the customer and actually show the customer the issue. I witnessed this on one of my visits. There has been several different employees at the front counter during my visits. They all treated me with respect and were kind enough to answer any and all questions or concerns I had, i.e. quote for new tires. I own 6 vehicles, 4 have already had a visit to Big O's for new tires, alignment, oil change and rotations. I will continue to bring all my vehicles to this store.

I'm from WV and never had the opportunity of buying from a Big O store. I've lived here in Bardstown for 30 years now and have ALWAYS bought my tires at the Big O store. I have never regretted buying from BIG O. As far as I'm concerned, there is no other place to buy Tires. BIG O TIRES You rock.

Great customer service got my car together!!

Called the store needing a quick repair to replace a water pump. Richard was very helpful and completed the repair the same day in a couple of hours and the price was less than what he quoted on the phone.

Big O Tires in Bardstown, KY did an excellent job on my truck. They changed my oil, helped me with a service engine light for my gas cap, and fixed my back brake, which had rusted and had locked up! Big O is the BEST!

Whenever I had first arrived there was a worker walking in, he took the time to stop and wait for me and held the door open for me. I thought this was a kind gesture, which most places don’t care about doing. After I walked in the man was very polite asking what all I needed, even asked how to spell my name since my name is slightly different. These two things sound so small, but this is something other businesses have never taken the time to do for me. The oil change and tire rotation was very quick, I had stayed to wait for my vehicle and was only there roughly 30 mins. They did an excellent job! I will definitely be going there for anything else I need for my vehicle.

Throughly surprised by the level of quality service Richard provided. He kept me in the loop with every possible detail of changing out wheels and tires on my Range Rover. Richard provides the attentive service that every business should offer.

I love how Big-O stands behind their products and services. I purchased tires from them and I can count on them to maintain them which is very refreshing in consumer environment.

Big O Tires has always been our tire shop no matter where we were living. This weekend was a trip from AZ to KY to get our daughter and her family and we got a nail in the tire. We stopped to change to the spare and then searched for Big O Tires closest to us and it was literally only a few miles down the road we got off on. I know, we should have looked before changing, but I never thought there would be one this close. The tire repair was quick and when we asked Richard how much for the service (they were not Big O Tires on the truck), he said no charge and told us to go get our daughter with safe travels. It isn't about the money saved, it is about the generosity that people still have and the stress that was relieved that day. And we learned what the big buildings across from the shop were used for (aging bourbon) love learning something new everyday. Thanks so much Richard and team.

I was pleased with how quickly the work was done. I dropped it off at 8:15am, and it was finished by 11:30am. I was a little disappointed in the pricing. When I called, I was told $588. When I dropped it off I was told $595. When I picked it up, I was told $691.94. They said it was because it needed an alignment. I didn't complain, I just paid it and went on about my day. I guess what I'm trying to say is the pricing should have been a little more transparent. Also, the guy behind the counter was a little gruff, and it almost seemed like I was bothering him by being there.
