Christmas Eve got my tire fixed and back on the road thank you

The mechanic in bay number one, I cannot remember his name. Was great. He went way beyond to make sure that my problem was solved I was very impressed and will be back.

Well organized, honest and fair prices.

Everything in reference to the service was very good. The fact that we did not have to make an appointment is extra appreciated! This is our new place to get oil changes for our vehicles! Thank you for the fantastic service!

I can't say enough about Doug. This is Joe Palmore he knows me by name, I have had a ongoing issue for quit some time, Doug will not let Up trying to get this resolved. He should give a class on how to treat customers. Been a customer for over twenty years and there's a reason. 12/20/2019

I was greeted as soon as I came in the door by Trey, he kept me updated on my vehicle the whole time I waited. He offered a water while i waited. Great customer service.

The guys working got me in quickly and fixed my tire in 30 minutes. Very pleased with service!

I was greeted when I entered the service desk. I was told of my approximate wait time. Service was prompt.

While waiting, one of your techs with pretty fingers nails came out of back with papers and plenty to do on her smile. She redirected and asked how she could help. As director of First Impressions, she pulled up my ticket and worked to overcome the computer's attitude and closed out my ticket promptly to send me on my way. It appears she understands exactly what Dad wants in customer service. I suggest you give the lady a seat on your board!! Happy Holidays : )

The repair my car needed can only be done by an Elantra dealership, so I was not charged. They also told me it was in the early stages of going bad and what the signs would be when it got worse. I was very impressed. Previously you sold me very nice tires and I am so happy with them, even in ice, snow, and rain I don't skid.

Had car trouble and Big O test drove it and looked at it for free. They researched if the transmission was under a recall. They did a lot to find me some kind of help. That's the customer service I've come to expect at Big O

Easy to make an appointment, I got in early next day , they had parts to fix my vehicle, it was done in a timely manner, real satisfied with this location

got a lube oil and filter, my car was done in 30 minutes, price was 47 and change so very competitive. Was quoted on tires when I arrived and was very pleased with the price, overall happy with my experience, I will be a returning customer.

Got me in and out quick and do it every time I’m there.
