Staff was very courteous and I didn't have to wait long to be serviced. I am a repeat customer. Great job!

Sales associate Trey was great when pricing and Manager Tim was great when i went to drop off for scheduled service he said can do now if i would like.

Once again my favorite Big O came through for us. This time it was during the Covid-19 crisis, but that didn't stop them from providing outstanding service for a fair price. We've been using Big O for nearly twenty years now and always recommend them when asked for a reliable auto maintenance shop. Here's looking forward to the day when we get through this virus crisis and shake hands with these fine people.

Fast and courteous employees

Had some customer service issues that left me disappointed at a different tire garage in Frankfort. In fact my vehicle now needs more repair than it did after they replaced a tire and failed to rotate or balance despite a specific request to do just that. Stopped in Big O on a referral after discovering a tire leak from a roofing nail (that was in the tire while in the previously mentioned garage) and explained my experience I just had. The front desk clerk was understanding and sympathetic to my frustration and convinced me they could handle it responsibly and they did. Removed the nail and plugged tire without requiring accountability. I'm very pleased and will bring my business back. My Jeep thanks you Grateful, Lee Barbee

I called the store as soon as they opened and I was able to get a appointment at the time that was needed. Big O tires put my tires on my car at a very timely manner and my car was ready for the road in less time that was quoted. Thank you Big O tires!

We had a blow out and dropped it off while they were closed and received friendly quality help as we always do when we go to Big O's. Ryan, Tom, Ashley, and Bryon make it awesome!

They got me in right away and had my tire changed within 20 minutes!

The staff at Frankfort store are friendly and professional. I have been going there for years. On this visit I waited 4 hours to get a loaner tire. I think they were short staffed. Next day with an appointment I waited 2 hours to get a tire put in. Good thing front office staff are so friendly and professional
