Big O Tires

I've bought my tires and entrusted my car care to the Big O in Frankfort for around 20 years and have always found quality service and courteous, knowledgeable staff. I never hesitate to recommend Big O to friends and family.

We came in with a screw in the tire and no appointment. Trey was extremely friendly and helpful. We left for lunch after dropping it off, and it was done right about the time we came back. It was hectic, but Trey handled it well. Very inexpensive considering what it could have been.

EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE. MY TIRE WAS FIXED IN NO TIME. I WAS GIVEN GOOD ADVICE WHILE THERE ABOUT MY TIRE WEAR DOWN ON ONE SIDE. AWESOME JOB BIG O TIRES.

I’m restoring a 35 year old Porsche and needed an alignment. My old shop refused to work on it but Big O just said bring it in.

As always, I was treated with kindness, a friendly atmosphere and helpful manner. I would recommend them highly.

The setting up the appointment, getting in and out, the explanation of what needs to be done and how much it was going to cost and the hospitality of each member making sure everything was acceptable. Great for the military with discounts and real professional. I’ll definitely be back and recommend others.

I came in with a screw in my tire when I pulled up little guy come out check my tire and they got me right in they took the tire off And explain to me that it wasn’t worth fixing and I know that my tire was wore pretty bad The big guy behind the counter help me check out the prices of tires and I put two new tires on the front of my car and I am planning on coming back and getting too new tires for the back of my car last year Big O did my brakes so they kinda know me when I walk in the shop I have always been pretty satisfied with Big O .

Always very happy with Big Os customer service. I am a single lady and could be taken advantage of because I know zero about cars. The young fellow I worked with was very professional and courteous. Will always come back! Very honest young man.

I was welcomed upon entering the store. I already own a Big O credit card and have a year alignment warranty so none was needed for today. Just an oil change. Had an appointment at 2:00 on the 30th and left right at about 4:00 about an hour longer than usual. They were slammed with the New Year. I understand. Matt added an oil change coupon to my bill and was nothing but sincere and apologetic for the wait. Being slammed from being coming in with various walk ins, car break downs and flats in the parking lot. All was taken care. Thank you again.

Everything went well. They went beyond call of duty to find what I was looking for. Tires ordered came in sooner than predicted. Enjoyed talking with the owner.

Have used them for years. They fix what I requested and if they find anything else the tell me before they do anything and we discuss it. They are friendly and knowledgeable.
