I didn't have a appointment but they got in and out for an alignment in 30 mins. I will definitely go back in the future for all of my tire needs

Purchased two tires for my great niece and had oil change. Was impressed with service consultants and staff. Went out of their way to help and assist us with tires and service. I am in the market for 4 new tires for my vehicle and will certainly get an estimate from Big O before I purchase.

All I needed was to have a nail removed from my tire and they were very nice about it and did not charge me, wow!

I called to order 2 tires and mounting. the rep. was knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me arrange the drop-off and pick-up for my purchase and mounting. Another rep. loaded my tire into my SUV so that I would not soil my clothes. He volunteered to do so after seeing that I intended to load it myself. I appreciated this extra effort.

This was first time I'd had my oil changed at Big O and I was very pleased with service. They also did a great job with the sensors I had changed on the "check tire pressure" lights. I will definitely be back for services other than new tires.

Matt is super efficient, friendly and delivers excellent customer service. As does Kathryn and all the employees in the shop. They are never condescending which I have experienced at other places.
