My car indicated that I was low on brake fluid I have had brake rotor work done at this location less than a year ago so I went back for them to check my car they checked my car out and told me my rotor was badAnd they replaced it It was still under factory warranty

This is the second time in 2 months I have had a nail or screw in my tire and both times I walked in without an appointment and was taken care of and out the door again in 35-40 minutes. Amazing customer service, staff is friendly and welcoming and super helpful. Really appreciate all they have done.

I dropped off wheels and tires from my 2007 Z06 Corvette for balancing. I was able to explain exactly what I wanted accomplished to my service request, and I was assured they would do exactly as asked. I expected the service to be done by the close of business that day. To my surprise the technicians had my first wheel/tire on the balancer before I left the parking lot. The job was finished in about an hour and upon my return I was able to chat with the technician that did the work. That was important to me, as I wanted to get his opinion on the best new tires for a high performance car. When this set of tires is worn and ready for replacement, I will buy my next set from Big O.

Took vehicle in bc new brakes were making noise. They determined them to be a bad set and replaced. Vehicle was ready same day. I could not immediately access my vehicle, as I was out of the state. They allowed me to keep the vehicle there for 2 days until I returned. Was very polite and apologetic for the inconvenience. Matt is an asset to the local Big O.

I was a walk in customer - not expecting to have my flat tire fixed immediately - it took a while but it worked out very satisfactory for me. When I'm ready for new tires, I'll come to you first!

I had a tire with a slow leak and stopped in to make an appointment for a subsequent day. But the location was not busy and I was in and out within 45 minutes. Excellent!
