I had a flat on I-64 and was towed to this location. The staff were great. They were friendly and communicated with me and each other well. Will be back soon to get two more tires to complete the set.

The tire rotation was 6 months over due, I made several attempts prior to this visit w/o success to get this done. Everything went fine at the 1 year rotate. I have to say that I’m fairly sure I was very overcharged for the tires I purchased from Big O a year ago. I’m not sure I will purchase tires again since I feel like that happened only b/c I am a 61 year old woman. I could have had Michelins for the price I paid for the lesser tires I got. I I was suppose to get Toyo tires when I got the tires but was told they were sold out of them. Took me six months to pay them off on a single income, hard times all around. Nothing personal and the service was great this time when I finally got in in but way too overpriced last year when purchased. Thanks for listening.

very good place only place i go for tires

The associates were great. Price was good and was done in a timely manner. They took the time to evaluate my brakes and communicated with me what they found before proceeding.

All the staff from Rhonda who answered the phone when we first called to the mechanics who completed the work on our car were fantastic. Will definitely be returning in the future for any issues with our car. With the new tires, brakes and rotors our car rides like a dream now. We called at 12:30pm and they got us in at 2pm same day. We were also told first about any issues they saw to get approval.

No problems, very busy on Saturday when I dropped my car off, but they still got it done in the time they quoted. No problem making arrangements to pick up car after hours.
