My car wouldn't start Friday morning so after getting it jumped, I went to Big O to my office then called around about getting a new battery. The man who answered the phone was so polite, knowledgeable and accommodating that I decided to go to Big O for my battery. They were busy but took time with each customer which I appreciated. They were efficient and customer service was excellent. I am fairly new to the area so if I have any other auto needs that are available at Big O Elizabethtown KY then I will go there.

Tire rotation only. Failed to put new sticker on my windshield with next rotation mileage. Otherwise everything else good

Went in for tire rotation withput an appointment , took me right in, did the service was back out in about fifteen minutes . that's what I am talking about, good service

Because Veronica was awesome my tires came in early I was stuck on a jobsite and she managed to round up someone and find their way to my truck and it was ready when I got dropped off to get it super friendly I even said I'd buy her dinner I was so impressed

Sorry, but can not remember the name of the lady who waited on me, but she was very friendly and told me of all the choice's that I had with my tires. My credit was not at it's best but she advised me of a way to go to get my tires and help rebuild my credit. Thank you all for all the help you gave me, including the service, and install. Will highly recommend this company to everyone.
