Zack greeted me immediately even though he was busy. Zack assured me he would be right with me and as soon as he completed serving the customer ahead of me he asked how he could help. He walked to my car to get measurements of tires and gave me some options to choose from. Zack was cordial, professional and helpful. Big O would do well to recognize the quality of this young person.

I had a flat and hole in the tire from a big bullet style aentenna stuck in it. Needed new tire and team was quick to change so I could get on with my urgent things o needed to get done before flying out to see my first granddaughter after her birth two days prior:)
