Good Service

I had a flat and hole in the tire from a big bullet style aentenna stuck in it. Needed new tire and team was quick to change so I could get on with my urgent things o needed to get done before flying out to see my first granddaughter after her birth two days prior:)

Everyone is so warm and friendly. From the front-end staff to the back end. These guys know how to make a customer feel happy. They are just awesome!

Did what I needed right awat

New to the area-1st time here. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take about an hour. Was very pleasantly surprised when my truck was ready in 35 minutes.

The people that I dealt with was amazingly super nice, from the front desk to the guys in the back, I visited the store in Radcliff awhile back and received the same service. My opinion of tire stores have elevated, and service was quick.But it wouldn't let me post to google

Hit something on the interstate yesterday. Killed one of my tires. Called them yesterday, they got one in this morning, and got it replaced for me quickly. With my warranty it was only 69 dollars

This Big O has been servicing my RAV4 for many years.Wanda and her crew always get my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time and they have never tried to sell me what I don't need.I really wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

The staff was great and it was timely getting my vehicle done.
