The staff were friendly and courteous They hot my vehicle right in and if anything was needed they let us know and asked if we wished to take care of it right then. We did so weren't too long getting us back on the road. Was very appreciative. Thank you!

Terrific fast service. I came in with a flat tire and they were able to patch it instead of jamming a new tire on me. Honest service that I highly recommend!

I was traveling to Alabama from Columbus Oh. Had blowout from hitting item on highway. Tow truck took me to Big O. I was scared and upset. Veronica was awesome and calmed me by answering my questions and more importantly getting me back on the road in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with my service. I mainly worked with Brian ("Junior") but everyone I interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable and and helpful. They were willing to go the extra mile and make sure that what I needed and what I thought I needed were in fact the same thing. Fantastic crew. Fantastic experience.

Been going to this one for 27 years

Priced for 2 tires mounted and balanced seemed higher than normal. I've always had them done at this specific location and Surprised me it was over 100.00 for just 2.

It was very easy to Check-in. People at the counter were very polite and was very, very little waiting time. Very happy with service would recommend it.
