Brian was very helpful on helping find a solution to a frustrating situation. I was stuck with a flat tire and no one had the size in stock. Brian found the size and offered up an option to get the tire as quick as possible. I am out not from the area and was passing through.

Firstly, I would never expect to be met at my car and might even regard it as overzealous. Besides, I am a long time customer and well known by Wanda and the men and women. This is also why being offered a credit card application was unnecessary. Finally, I would be somewhat taken aback at a Auto Service Center that was immaculately clean. This store was more than adequately clean.

I walked in 7 minutes right before they were about to close. Normally any shop would have you come back the next business day. I started to explain my situation and the manager told me he'd have his guys take care of me before I even got to finish explaining my situation. They took good care of me and made sure I had a ride to pick me up before the last employee left. What they didn't know is that I had a blow out from a pothole I hit driving on the highway the evening before. On my way to have them mount a new tire to the rim, the spare tire I had on my vehicle blew out as well. I'd spent the entire day trying to get to the shop just to make it through the door 7 minutes before they closed and had to be in Louisville within a few hours. My appreciation for how I was treated goes beyond the words "thank you". They've taken care of me in the past and I'll never go anywhere else after my last visit. I'm a customer for life now.

First visit to the Elizabethtown location. Really nice, and professional. It took awhile to here about what was wrong with my car. I had heard the mechanic tell the front desk person. It was at least 20 minutes before he told me. Then another 20 minutes on pricing. Really wasn't a huge deal because the young man was multi tasking with customers, phone, and mechanics. He could have used some help.

Big O's in E'Town is great! Service is excellent and they don't try to oversell you on things you don't need. Great job!!

Great customer service and communication

I needed a tube for a lawn mower tire and they took care of it in a professional and friendly manner. The ladies at the front counter were very friendly and helpful. It was close to closing when I got there, but the tire was ready when I needed it the next day, as promised.

It was an awesome experience and with their company acima credit helped out

Live in Wisconsin, popped a tire on I65 So. On way to Florida, hit huge pothole. Needed the same kind of tire(good tires). Brian ordered new tire snd had to wait until 4:37 or so. Continued on down to Florida. Never even could tell tire was not original.
