They were efficient at when I walked in, no waiting to be asked "how can I help you. The rotation of my tires was done and they checked the valve stem, as I had asked. They also checked my brakes for me.

Had to go back due to a puncture in side wall. Got me in and out quickly. Thank goodness I had the extra warrenty.

I was notified via text it was time for a tire rotation. Even though they were very busy, they took the time to discuss another issue with me and had my car done quickly. They are always very nice to me.

I called before hand to check the price of a set of tires, prices and details were explained thoroughly and clearly. Once arriving at the store I was told they would need to order the tires but they would be there that afternoon. The following day I went to get tires put on and was greeted with friendly faces. The service was speedy and excellent!

Wonderful service as always

I have had two sets of tires installed at Big O, and my last stop was to fix a broken valve stem. Every time I bring a vehicle here, the staff is friendly, professional, and provides accurate and realistic answers to my questions. This is the only place I will be bringing my vehicle for tires while I'm here in Kentucky, and will be seeking their other locations wherever I go.

I have been doing business with Wanda for several years I'm always treated fairly by knowledgeable and friendly staff. If I have a problem it is taken care of right away and very rarely have to return. I'm a very loyal customer and if I'm treated well I will continue to return.

I brought my car in the morning and it was ready within hours. Ryan wad very helpful with setting up the appointment amd taking care of my car.
