Got right in and didn't have to wait long. Had a screw in my tire. Been coming here for over 30 years! Love the employees!

I've been a customer for over 25 years. This time an extra visit was required to properly balance the new front tires. An unusual extra wait time...but still wouldn't go anywhere else. I leave knowing Wanda will makes it right.

Everything was explained in detail no price shock no long wait and they worked with my schedule.

Had a great experience with them. Very professional from top to bottom. I had taken my vehicle to another place FOUR times and they kept telling me nothing was wrong, well they were WRONG! It took Big O Tires about 30 to 40 min to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. They had it fixed, changed my oil, and had it ready to go in about 2 1/2 hours. Everyone I delt with was very professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to take care of my vehicle. I will NEVER go anywhere else as long as I live here. I am now a lifetime customer for sure.

Friendly, courteous and professional customer service associates. My wife and I have been customers for years and always recommend friends give Big O in Etown an opportunity to earn their business. I have never been disappointed or regret doing business there. The reason I gave a lower score for cleanliness is because the showroom area is old, worn out and shows signs of serious fatigue everywhere you look. Take a moment to sit in one of the shabby chairs near the front window and look around. You'll see what I mean in an instant.

I called with a battery issue, and was told I could be seen if I could be there within 45minutes. True to their word, they took care of me in a timely manner, and I am the new owner of a new battery with a 75 month warranty! How terrific is that? Thanks Big O guys!!

I have always had good service with Big O Tire. They have had a reputation that I can remember as a young man growing up. My father and grandfather always bought Big O tires and they always complimented on the service as well as the quality of product that they were buying. My profession is in the field of quality and as a manager, I look at the ways that I am treated as a customer and will sometimes apply what I see from another businesses to grow in my own position. My overall experience was great and will continue to do my business with Big O Tire.
