The staff is great! They told me there would be a wait but it wasn't bad and my car was ready to go. The E-town Big O is very professional and they know what they're doing. And thanks for resetting the message display. That made my day.

Good friendly service

The Big O in Elizabethtown is the only place I want to go for my brake, tire, and upkeep needs. The employees are always friendly, communicative, and they do great work. This time I went in for my brakes. The employees checked on my brakes and then called to let me know what needed to be done. They told me how much it would be. When I picked up my car it was in great shape and I was very satisfied with the work they did.

Great experience with fast and accurate work. They were very pleasant to do business with. Got the tire mounting done sooner than expected. Will continue to use them in the future for sure!

These guys know what there doing and what they're talking about, any time I have any questions, dumb or not, they explain it to me where I can understand and never act as if I'm stupid. They also take great care of my vehicles.

Purchased a set of Big O A/T for my 2014 Yukon XL. Have been on several 2k mile road trips and love them. Great in the rain, snow, and sand. Just had them rotated and balanced for free under included warranty. Even bought another set of the Big O A/Ts for my 93 Pathfinder. Looking forward to seeing how they do in the mud and rocks getting to my favorite fishing spot.

Staff had 2 tires replaced within an hour.

Stopped in for a tire rotation on my Jeep. I was greeted with friendly smiles. Within 30 minutes I was on my way.. Great service!

They were very honest and informative about everything and seemed to go out of their way to work with us.

Love going there

From the time arrivived the staff was very friendly , It didn’t take them long to get my car in after my arrival . The lady at the desk explained to me what needed to be done immediately and also what could wait and what each part that was in my front end did that needed to be worked on and replaced so I fully understood what was going on and what that part was and how it made my car . Just want to the all the staff for making the process easy and I will continue to go there for service because of them.
